You ready for the new wave of indie bands to invade the city all summer long - bringing their stage stopping shows to the city for all of our enjoyment here at the Isleta Amphitheater?! This next crew has been on the rise and Over The Moon this entire year - but…maybe No One (or you) hadn’t Noticed yet. And that’s okay! We forgive you if so! But now's the time to get in tune and hop on the Submarine machine if you haven’t already - because The Marias are making a splash, and they’ll be here real soon!
This July on Tuesday the 15th, The Marias - the hypnotizing dream pop band on a mission to conquer the world - are BACK on tour once again with their 2025 (extended) Submarine Tour - and they just added a date right here at Isleta Amphitheater for the summer run! And, you just GOTTA be there! Will you join us?!
Here’s the rundown - tickets are on sale NOW and they’re $147 for the show with Julie opening up for the crew. And these tickets have been selling out EVERYWHERE - so you’re gonna want to make sure to grab your tickets ASAP, and grab a friend too for the night. And let’s enjoy! Isleta Amphitheater, located on the edge of Albuquerque and the home of some of the most eclectic and best performances in New Mexico, is so excited to welcome The Marias to the stage this summer for their 2025 (extended) Submarine Tour. Taking place here on Tuesday July 15th, the Isleta brings immaculate vibes and skyline views to the crowd that allow everyone in the Amphitheater a spot to see the crew on stage - or a spot to lay back in the grass and look up at the stars. The tour is hitting over twenty dates this summer and will be going all over the country - the crew already played Coachella this spring, will be doing Chicago’s Lollapalooza this August, The Armory in Minnesota, Portland’s Theater of Clouds, Red Rocks up in Colorado, Moody Amphitheater in Austin, Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley, and of course - right here in Albuquerque at the Isleta. On July 15th, we’re Coming Back to the Amphitheater once again for the best show of the summer!
If you don’t know who The Marias are yet - shame on you! But we won’t judge - their rise to fame and indie stardom has been sensational to say the least. The band is about nine years old and they have just two EPS and two official albums under their belt. Formed in L.A., lead singer Maria Zardoya has hypnotic vocals and the rest of the crew provide a soundscape that feels so immersive and so west coast - it’s hard to explain if you haven’t heard their music before. We recommend checking out songs like Real Life, No One Noticed, Ojos Tristes with Selena Gomez, or Otro Atardecer with Bad Bunny to get their whole vibe.
And they’ve been on a major run this last year - after releasing their latest album. Submarine, and cracking The Billboard 200’s top 20 (a 150 slot jump from their first album, Cinema) - they’ve done Late Night Talk Shows, performed all over the country with Billie Elish, and are dominating every inch of the music industry right now. They ARE the moment in the music industry right now - and we’re just along for the ride!
