Isleta Amphitheatre Rules
Please be aware that all rules are subject to change. Please follow official venue rules for the best possible experience and safety of all patrons. The official venue site is here.
Isleta Amphitheatre is proud to offer a fun and relaxing space to enjoy live entertainment. To keep the venue enjoyable for all, they have created a set of rules and policies guests are expected to follow. Please take the time to read these rules, as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion without refund or banning. If you have any questions, please call 505-452-5100. Please follow the venue rules for the safety and well being of all patrons attending concerts.
Alcohol Policy
The venue does not permit any outside alcoholic beverages to be brought into the venue. However, they offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase once inside the venue! A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol, and guests will be required to show their ID every time they purchase.
Animal Policy
Pets are not allowed within the venue. However, Isleta Amphitheatre welcomes service animals. Please note that emotional support animals may not qualify as service animals.
Bag Policy
The venue’s clear bag policy was introduced to reduce staff contact with guest belongings and speed up the security process. You’re allowed to bring in clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ and/or small clutch bags no larger than 6″ x 9″.
Bags larger than 6″ x 9″ are not permitted unless they’re clear. The largest clear bag you can bring into the venue is 12″ x 12″ x 6″, which is roughly the size of a small backpack for reference. Any bags larger than this must be returned to your vehicle.
All bags will be searched upon entry. If you refuse, you may denied access to the show.
Camera Policy
The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check with the box office for the show you will be attending to ensure that the venue will be allowing cameras in.
Cashless Venue Policy
All points of sale will only accept credit, debit, or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, staff will be available on site at the Guest Services Booth in the Front Plaza to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.
Chair Policy
Outside lawn chair are allowed. Please note that chairs must be no more than 9 inches off the ground and may not be in a bag/exterior covering. Additionally, due to new screening technology all guests bringing a personal lawn chair need to enter through Gate 5.
Children Policy
Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent’s lap. Please note that strollers are not permitted into the venue.

Weather policy
Isleta Amphitheater operates in all weathers, meaning the show will go on, come rain or shine. However, performances may be canceled in the case of extreme storms and high winds. If you’re unsure whether your concert is going ahead, get in touch with the venue directly.
Re-entry policy
Re-entry is not allowed at Isleta Amphitheater, so make sure you bring everything you need into the venue. If you do leave the premises, you won’t be allowed to return without purchasing a new ticket. While this may seem strict, it’s the only way to protect the experience for paying customers.
Families and children
Isleta Amphitheater accommodates groups, including families with children. However, following the above, strollers are prohibited, so you must use backpacks or carriers instead. Children under 11 months don’t require a ticket but must sit on a parent’s lap during the performance.
Although the venue doesn’t offer group ticket sales, you can contact the guest service team to enquire about VIP boxes and suites.
Banners and signs
Want to show your favorite band some support? Luckily, you can bring signs into the venue as long as they are under 12″ x 12″. Larger signs aren’t permitted because they often block views of the performance. Note that all signs must be appropriate, so no profanities.
Health and safety
In the unfortunate event that you need medical assistance, head to the first aid center in the north plaza. Trained professionals will be on hand to help, and there’s an ambulance on site to transport guests to hospital if necessary.
You can store and refrigerate medication at the first aid center. The venue also asks that you administer medication here, so the team can ensure proper medical disposal of things like needles and tissues.
Please note the venue requires all medication to be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID.
Refunds and cancellations
In the rare case of a cancelation, the guest service team will contact you directly to refund your ticket. If a show is postponed or rescheduled, you’ll be offered an exchange instead.
